Greetings, Leadership Pinellas. In November, we had a very exciting month! This year’s class had Health Day! Thank you to Tammy Robiconti ’16 Co-Chair, Bill Sedey ’14 Co-Chair, Amelia Campbell ‘14, Meg Lokey ‘17, Meagan Decker ’17, and Natalie Lamb ’17 for giving us the backstage tour to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Morton Plant, Largo Medical Center, and Pinecrest. When you are taking a loved one into a hospital, you never get to see where they go when they are wheeled away down that long hallway into an operating room. It is very interesting to be on the other side to see what happens. I commend those who are in the healthcare industry. It is not an easy job. Thanks again to those who took the time out to help plan this great day.

We have our annual Holiday Happening on Friday, December 8th at 6:30 pm at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center. Wear your best holiday attire 😊. Leadership Pinellas would like to request a donation of a gift card to benefit The Banyan Odyssey. The Banyan Odyssey is an organization working to create a vibrant community in which the handicapable special needs children transition into adulthood to live, work and thrive. We hosted our first LP Social of the year! It was a Progressive Dinner. The night started out on a ferryboat that took the group to Clearwater’s Sand Pearl for a beautiful stop at the fire pit on the beach to watch the sunset. Afterward, the group headed to the Island Way Grill. Special thanks to Matt Campbell ’15 and his team for creating this great social.
