The Women’s Exchange is a group of women throughout the Tampa Bay area who are committed to bringing visible and equitable female representation to board of directors. Our goal is to provide an exchange of information, advice, and advocacy for our members who are established leaders in their community or industry. Members have access to open board and committee positions and are able to build their network with other community leaders. Local organizations in the non-profit and government sectors are encouraged to submit board positions that we can share with our members.
